Update 3rd October 2025: Rapid Health and Voice connect will be unavailable from Monday 6th October until our system update on 15th October.
During this period, please contact the practice on 0121 411 0484 after 2pm for any urgent requests. Voice Connect user will be requested to reset their pin when using the portal. Please note there may be a backlog following our update and you may incur issues for a few days after.
NHS App: As part of our system updates, you may experience temporary issues when using certain features of the NHS App. If you normally request repeat prescriptions through the NHS App, we recommend ordering them a little earlier than usual, or contacting the surgery directly instead.
From 15th October, you will no longer be able to access your details through the Patient Access app. Going forward, you’ll be able to use the NHS App to view your information and manage your care: Find out more about the NHS App and your NHS account: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
